Eastmark by Brookefield Residential and DMB Associates

As Eastmark enters its fifth year, 10 builders currently offer 15 neighborhoods that feature an inviting mix of more than 100 floor plans and designs. From gated neighborhoods with large-square-footage homes to active-adult to small courtyard designs, there are home options for a wide variety of buyers.

The Great Park

Eastmark features spacious public and private areas, amenities and creative programming to ensure residents and visitors alike enjoy the community all year long. For example, the first phase of The Eastmark Great Park stretches 14 acres and offers a variety of public and private amenities. The second phase is expected to start in late 2018; the park will ultimately reach 106 acres at completion. It currently serves as the focal point of the community and features a community pool, a family  recreation center called “The Bus Stop,” a splashpad playground, a large public climbing park dubbed “The Orange Monster,” a lake, ramada and restaurant.

Schools and retail venues

The community is home to two charter schools for K-12 students: BASIS Mesa and Sequoia Pathfinder Elementary. Students can walk to those campuses or they can take advantage of other Queen Creek schools located just outside the community.

A new shopping/retail center was recently announced and soon Eastmark will be home to a Safeway grocery center and a variety of neighborhood retail services. The community also recently announced the addition of a working urban farm which will be growing organic produce for Eastmark residents, local restaurants and a local community supported agriculture program.
